I never walk alone
"I believe that imagination is stronger than knowledge. That myth is more potent than history. That dreams are more powerful than facts. That hope always triumphs over experience. That laughter is the only cure for grief. And I believe that love is stronger than death." - Robert Fulghum

You got one fucked-up perspective on the world, kidYeah, I hear that a lot. I guess that’s why I gotta be locked up. No, that’s what makes you great.

He’s gone, Harry told himself. He’s gone. He had to keep thinking it as he washed and dressed as though repetition would dull the shock of it. He’s gone and he’s not coming back.

From a Daily Show clip where they attempted to find out which state was the most aggressively anti-gay between Alabama and Mississippi. They paid a couple of actors to pretend to be a gay couple, dressed them up in typical redneck clothes, and put them in a few scenarios where they would put their “homosexual relationship” on display for the general public.
As it turned out, the general public doesn’t give a shit, and some members are actually incredibly supportive, despite the representing politicans from those states being absolutely sure gay people would never be accepted in their states, comparing them to other groups like “coloreds” that only recently became accepted.
It was an amazing piece.

never going to be over the fact that Arthur and Molly Weasley had seven children of their own, and hardly enough money or space to make due, yet they never thought twice about having an extra space at the table or making one more sweater at Christmas for the people who came into their family by circumstance.
